What can I expect from the event?
The Royal Canadian Circus is a spectacular celebration of wonder, laughter, and togetherness. This year’s show is a vibrant fusion of world-class artistry and breathtaking visuals, carefully crafted to create unforgettable "wow" moments for the young and the young at heart.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 120 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, full concessions, merchandise, and activities (photos, face painting, etc) are available for purchase. At this time we cannot guarantee peanut or gluten free options. We offer items like popcorn, peanuts, drinks, snow cones, candy apples, mini donuts, as well as hot dogs and sausage.
Is there parking available?
There will be free parking available.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach groupsales@royalcanadiancircus.ca with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Doors open 30-45 minutes prior to performance. We try to start the show on time, so we recommend arriving early especially since it’s a first come first serve seating. However, we allow admission throughout the performance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Registered "Service Animals" are allowed with conditions, emotional support animals or pets are not allowed without prior approval. Please make sure you contact questions@royalcanadiancircus.ca to get approval.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No weapons. No outside food or beverage.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience. The entry is free for kids under 4 years old to the condition that they sit on one of their parents' lap.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, the experience is similar to a public theater or concert performance. No specific provisions or interpretive devices are provided, but visitors have commented that it is an enjoyable multi-sensory experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this performance uses a concert sound system and theatrical effects such as lasers, strobe lights, smoke/haze, and theatrical blackouts.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Cameras and short videos are encouraged, however recording or live-streaming of long portions of the performance are not permitted for any purpose.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at questions@royalcanadiancircus.ca
Is coat check available?
No coat check. Except for medically required devices, items such as strollers are not allowed in the seating areas. A self-serve parking area is available inside the entrance. If you have a question regarding this email us at questions@royalcanadiancircus.com.
